Returns & Refunds

At Thiphroxvrphran, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer returns and refunds in accordance with the following policy.

Return Period

Under UK consumer law, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return items for a full refund. This period begins the day after you receive the goods. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging where possible.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

Items must be in their original, unused condition
Items must be in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached
Items must not show signs of wear, damage, or use
Proof of purchase must be provided
Return request must be made within the 14-day return period

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless:

The item is defective or damaged upon arrival
The item does not match the description provided
We have sent you the wrong item

In these cases, we will cover the return shipping costs. Original shipping costs paid by the customer are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact us within the 14-day return period via email or phone
Provide your order number and reason for return
We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorisation number
Package the item securely in its original packaging
Include the return authorisation number with your return
Send the item to the address provided in the return instructions

Items returned without authorisation or outside the return period may not be processed.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Customised or personalised items made to your specifications
Perishable goods such as live plants or seeds that have been opened
Items that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer
Services that have already been provided or completed
Items that cannot be resold due to health protection or hygiene reasons

Order Cancellation Policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason. To cancel your order:

Return the goods to us within 14 days of notifying us of cancellation
Ensure goods are returned in their original condition and packaging

If you cancel your order, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund following the return process, and then place a new order for the desired item.
